ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
An ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey (“ALTA Survey”) is a comprehensive boundary survey in which various issues are addressed that are of concern to lenders and title companies.
Improvement Location Certificates (ILC)
An Improvement Location Certificate shows the property boundaries and the location of the improvements, easements and any encroachments.
Topographic Mapping
Topographic Surveys are used to identify and map the contours of the ground and existing features on the Surface of the earth or slightly above or below the earth’s surface (i.e. trees, buildings, streets, walkways, manholes, utility poles, retaining walls, etc.).

Land Survey Plats (LSP)
The LSP Verifies any found Monuments (Lot Corners) are in and in good standing.
Improvement Survey Plats (ISP)
An Improvement Survey Plat will be issued showing the Improvements, Boundary Lines and Found or Set Lot Corners.
Subdivision Plats
A subdivision plat is the division of a tract of land into smaller parcels (lots).
Condominium Mapping
A Condominium Plat provides a complete boundary survey of the subject property as well as an interior survey of the condominium building(s) itself.
